Electrofusion pipe joint management for efficiency and excellence

Quality control with data capture for electrofusion pipe joints

JointAssist is an advanced platform designed to streamline data management and ensure compliance for electrofusion pipe joints. It helps contractors meet industry standards by seamlessly capturing and integrating essential data. The system's comprehensive data capture capabilities ensure accurate data input and export by integrating with on-site equipment.

JointAssist also features SmartScan technology, which ensures the correct materials are used for each job and records detailed component-level traceability information. This is invaluable for long-term mapping purposes. Integrated GPS technology tracks the location of every asset component, providing precise and reliable data.

The platform is compatible with ERP and GIS systems, driving data from back-office systems to the site and feeding all site data back into your mapping system. This ensures complete data integration and management. Additionally, JointAssist links to training databases, ensuring that only operators with valid permissions can perform welding, thus maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Unique remote inspection capabilities within JointAssist offer greater confidence in network construction by highlighting non-conformant joints before commissioning. This independent quality assurance feature, combined with a performance guarantee of up to £5000 for 10 years for joints meeting ControlPoint standards, provides unmatched reliability.

All data is securely stored on the JointManager platform, ensuring your information is safe and accessible whenever needed. JointAssist enhances asset management, making it the ideal solution for ensuring quality and compliance in network construction.
