Procurement Manager

To enable this we need team members who fully live our OneTeam value which is at the heart of everything we do at Ovarro. We are now looking to grow our team by hiring a Procurement Manager in Eckington to manage the day-to-day procurement activity while supporting the development and delivery of the business’s sourcing strategy

You will add impact at Ovarro by;

  • Managing supplier relationships and lead purchasing teams across multiple sites, ensuring consistent processes, accurate data, and effective execution
  • Act as the primary contact for contract manufacturers and key suppliers, managing relationships day-to-day.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, pricing, and service levels, ensuring agreements deliver cost efficiency and reliable supply.
  • Define and monitor supplier SLAs and KPIs, holding suppliers accountable through regular reviews (QBRs)
  • Oversee day-to-day purchasing activity across geographies, ensuring orders are placed, tracked, and fulfilled to meet business needs.
  • Work with Demand Planning and Operations to align sourcing requirements with the S&OP process.

Candidates should have;

  • Proven experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment, ideally electronics/electrical.
  • Strong track record of managing contract manufacturers and delivering measurable supplier performance improvements.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems and procurement process discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team, with hands-on involvement in daily activities.
  • Exposure to international suppliers and/or working with teams across geographies desirable.
