PMO / Project Administrator

To enable this, we need team members who fully live our OneTeam value which is at the heart of everything we do at Ovarro. Our new PMO / Project Administrator will provide administrative support to the PMO function by ensuring the maintenance of tracking systems, ensuring email inboxes are monitored and administered, and providing support on ancillary PMO tasks under the leadership of Head of Project Management

You will add impact at Ovarro by;

• Ensuring the PMO is kept up to date by assisting in the maintenance of Jira. 
• Providing PMO and Project support
• Assist with the preparation of PMO presentations.
• Assist the PMO with external audits and corrective actions.

Candidates should possess;

• Degree qualification in a relevant subject
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-confident, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
• Creative and innovative
• Flexible and adaptable
