Leak Detection Support Engineer - French Speaking

We are now looking for a Leak Detection Support Engineer who will join our global Leak Detection Support team and will solve technical problems both in the office and on customer sites.

The Leak Detection Support Engineer will preferably have prior Leak Detection experience, but other experience in the UK Water industry will be an advantage. They should have an organised methodical approach to problem solving. They should also have a friendly and consultative approach to solving customer needs.
The role provides technical support throughout Europe and the rest of the world so other spoken languages would be mandatory, preferably French, Italian, Spanish or Greek.
The role is a technical resource as part of the global LD support team and will involve solving problems both in the office and on customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for Leak Detection products
- Fault finding on Ovarro products
- Monitor and oversee the delivery of all associated SLAs
- Client and internal training
- Contribute to Knowledge Based Article (KBA) creation
Key Skills required:
- Fluent ability to communicate in both written and spoken French
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with clients on technical issues regarding leakage product support in the LD region
- Experience of Leak Detection or other water experience in the UK Water market, utilising flow, pressure, or acoustic technologies preferred
- Knowledge of Leak Detection products preferred
