Leak Detection Support Engineer

The Leak Detection Support Engineer will have prior Leak Detection experience and other experience in the UK Water industry will be an advantage. They should have an organised methodical approach to problem solving.  They should also have a friendly and consultative approach to solving customer needs.

The role is a technical resource as part of the global LD support team and will involve solving problems both in the office and on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for Leak Detection products
  • Fault finding on Ovarro products
  • Monitor and oversee the delivery of all associated SLAs
  • Client and internal training
  • Contribute to Knowledge Based Article (KBA) creation
  • Production of user, design and training documents

Key Skills required:

  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with clients on technical issues regarding leakage product support in the LD region
  • Have good field experience of Leak Detection and smart networks within the UK Water market, utilising flow, pressure, and acoustic technologies
  • Time served as a leak detection engineer/technician essential
  • Must have a valid UK driving licene
