Financial Controller - Denmead

To enable this, we need team members who fully live our OneTeam value which is at the heart of everything we do at Ovarro. Our new Financial Controller will manage all aspects of financial and management reporting for Ovarro's Denmead site and Leak Detection Product Line and manage financial and associated departmental teams in day-to-day operations.

You will add impact at Ovarro by;

  • Successfully completing Monthly Management Accounts
  • Budgeting and forecasting in line with the Ovarro policies and procedures
  • Ensuring there are effective financial reporting systems in place to comply with local/country regulations and legislation.
  • Overseeing the production of annual Statutory Accounts for all locally required (i.e. Country) legal entities.
  • Managing banking and cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
  • Creating monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
  • Providing information to aid key strategic decision making and formulating business strategies.

Candidates should possess;

  • Experience as FC or assistant to FC with experience of working within an international products and software environment.
  • Experience of leading a small team
  • Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting with 2+ years post qualification experience
  • Working knowledge of a range of software packages including Excel
  • Use of SAGE would be preferable.
