Demand Generation and Nurture Specialist
We are looking for a specialist sales and marketing professional for our global data and technology company.
Are you a hands-on B2B marketeer with experience in lead generation and nurturing? Do you enjoy taking ownership of qualified leads and company followers – guiding them through the marketing pipeline and turning interest into sales opportunities?
We are looking for a proactive, project-focussed colleque who is willing to own the process of building customer relationships through on-going communications – from setting up automated outreach that attracts, captures and nurtures leads, to helping secure sales and supporting our marketing department in driving growth.
Your role:
As part of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with sales colleques across the business to execute a high-level lead generation strategy. This includes setting up customer journeys within our systems and implementing the necessary automated campaigns, outreach and data management.
Your focus will be on building and optimizing campaign workflows to nurture and convert leads across multiple channels, while tracking and reporting on key performance metrics. The goal is to ensure collaboration with the sales team, so that sales qualified leads (SQLs) are effectively prepared and ready for handover.
What you bring
Our ideal candidate has proven experience in B2B lead nurturing preferably using the Salesforce platform. You are confident working with platforms like LinkedIn and Google data to identify and convert leads, and you know how to best support our sales team in driving successful lead conversions. You are also comfortable engaging directly with leads via e-mail, phone or chat to guide them through the pipeline and ensure a smooth transition to SQLs.

You will join a globally active company with offices in the UK (headquarters), Malaysia, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. We operate in an international environment –most of our communications are in English, but knowledge of other foreign languages like French is a plus.
