Contract Renewal Analyst (French-Speaking)

To enable this, we need team members who fully live our OneTeam value which is at the heart of everything we do at Ovarro. Our new Contract Renewal Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the contract renewal process for Ovarro's global clients. This role will involve analysing contract terms, identifying renewal opportunities, negotiating terms, and facilitating the renewal process to maximise client satisfaction and retention. Fluency in French is essential as a significant portion of our clientele is French-speaking

You will add impact at Ovarro by;

• Review and analyse existing contracts to understand basic terms, renewal dates, and client requirements.
• Assist in developing renewal strategies and timelines for each contract renewal based on client needs and organisational objectives under the guidance of the Sales Operations Team Manager (Commercial).
• Support in maintaining relationships with clients to understand their basic needs, address simple concerns, and identify potential renewal opportunities.
• Participate in negotiations with guidance from senior team members, focusing on understanding basic contract terms and conditions.
• Assist in the preparation and management of basic documentation related to contract renewals, including proposals, amendments, and contracts, under supervision.
• Utilise basic data analysis tools and techniques to support data cleansing and simple analysis tasks related to contract renewals.
• Provide basic support to Finance by assisting in the timely and accurate provision of information for basic account completion and revenue forecasting.

Candidates should possess;

• Fluent in French language, both written and spoken. 
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; or previous proven experience in a similar position
• Basic understanding of contract management, renewal management, or relevant coursework/internship experience.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to pick the phone to speak to anyone.
