Introducing Martin Ebner, Head of Customer Services 

Hello,

I’m Martin Ebner, Head of Customer Services at Ovarro. I joined Ovarro in June 2024 and oversee all aspects of Global Customer Service, leading the Service Delivery, Insight and Customer Care teams, ensuring we deliver our commitments and offer exceptional value to our customers.

Joining Ovarro, I am inspired by our mission to support customers by delivering innovative solutions that connect critical infrastructure; safeguarding the world’s most precious asset – our environment.

As a senior leader in Customer Experience (CX), I understand the profound impact our services have on our customers' lives and businesses. Throughout my career, I have successfully led largescale transformations across various sectors, maintaining a laser-focus on enhancing customer outcomes, empowering the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to inform strategic direction and operational activity.

In the coming months, I am dedicated to collaborating with our customers and reviewing their experience with us. In my first few weeks, it’s clear that we have passionate and talented colleagues providing great services and we all recognise opportunities to enhance our offer to customers. One of my primary initiatives will be to develop our Customer Promise, which will clearly articulate our commitment to customers. This promise will serve as our guiding principle in all of the work we do with and for customers.
