Customer Service Administrator

Ovarro are going through an exciting period of transformation and change with a supercharged focus on growth and scalability. To achieve our goals we need team members who fully live our OneTeam value which is at the heart of everything we do at Ovarro.  Our new Customer Service Administrator will join our business support team who provide exceptional support to our global teams. The role will provide support in the following areas; helpdesk support, customer service and general support.

You will add impact at Ovarro by;

  • Being the first point of contact for Ovarro support customers across the globe.
  • Logging internal and external support calls on Jira within SLA bound response times.
  • Processing customer order confirmations.
  • Attending to reception duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, access control.
  • Any ADHOC business support duties as required.

Candidates should possess;

  • Great IT competency including Microsoft office suite.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Positive attitude and a friendly manner.
