Our recruitment team thought it would be helpful to share some of the questions that we have been previously asked by candidates. We hope you find them useful if you're thinking of applying for a role at Ovarro. How do I apply for a vacancy?

We accept all our applications through our online portal. We have tried to keep this process as easy as possible; all you need to do is fill in a few details and add your CV. You'll find our latest vacancies on our careers page.

How long will the process last?

Interviews typically last between 30 and 60 minutes, but don’t worry if yours is shorter or takes a bit longer. This may be due to the nature of the role you apply for. Our advice is to always give yourself some extra time in case your interview does overrun.

Can I apply for more than one vacancy at the same time? 

Yes, if you believe you have the right skillset for multiple vacancies. However, remember that your CV should be tailored to the position you are applying for. Using the same CV for two different vacancies won’t make you stand out! It is equally important to remember not to change your CV too much and end up trying to tailor it to a role that you don’t have the right experience or skills for.  

Where will the interview be held?

Interviews will ideally be held at the office location where you will be working. We have offices in the UK, Belgium, France, Malaysia and Australia and we can do some interviews remotely too. If the role you’re applying for is home-based, we’ll try and interview you at our closest office or where your line manager is located.

What should I wear to the interview?

It’s always a good idea to dress yourself as smartly as you feel comfortable doing. But remember, we’re hiring a person not your wardrobe.

I have a disability. Can you accommodate my needs during the recruitment process?

We do everything we can to accommodate everyone’s individual needs. We treat all candidates equally and fairly, from application to offer stage. Do you accept speculative CV’s from recruitment agencies?

No, we will only accept applications through our online portal. Any speculative CV’s that we receive will be considered a gift and won’t be eligible for any fees.
