Supply Chain & ERP Planning Manager

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain & ERP Planning mMnager who will have responsibility for developing standardisation and improvements to Demand & Inventory Planning across the Global business with a strategic view of supporting the harmonisation of the end to end supply chain through development of ERP systems and processes

General Summary:
The Supply Chain & ERP planning manager will lead the overall global planning process and  work closely with the local planning teams to:

  • Work with commercial, product management and finance teams to define standard work processes, global forecast requirements in both production units and revenue
  • Work closely with commercial and product management teams to have their input in the demand profiles and develop the right cadence of reviews with them
  • Working closely with manufacturing operations and procurement on what level of aggregation is required to assess capacity both internally and externally
  • Ongoing governance, audit and continuous improvement of all the demand & inventory planning standard work including the use of ERP systems.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a Manufacturing/Logistics planning environment, ideally within the Electrical/Electronics industry
  • Proven demand planning skills, inventory modelling and product forecasting. Driving improved customer service.
  • Previous experience of creating, developing and embedding S&OP, PSI
  • Full understanding of the S&OP process and how key stakeholders input to the process
