What is your typical day at work like?

I manage a team of eleven sales people across multiple different timezones so it is usually very busy!

How many people do you think you speak to every day?

50+, including my team, channel partners and more.

What do you aim to achieve each day?

I aim to provide the team with an overall picture of what the company needs in terms of growth and how to achieve it so that they can prioritise. If I have been able to assist each team member with anything then the day has been a success.

What has been your most memorable work moment so far?

My whole journey at Ovarro has been memorable, I would say. From winning projects to knowing that our technology helps millions of people. The feeling of beating a large competitor is also unforgettable.

What’s your favourite thing about the job?

Knowing that beyond a simple sales process, a decision I take can impact the daily life of millions on the other side of the planet. On a daily basis, I love working with a team full of different cultures and ways of doing business.

Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing?

I love sailing and cycling. 

If you could go anywhere on holiday, where would it be?

I have a passion for Asia but my dream is to go on a road trip around the US for a few months!
